MEet the team
In 2023, The Dog Groomery expanded, opening up our Dog Lover Shop in Midsomer Norton, alongside the original Dog Groomery in Paulton. This meant taking on some wonderful new members of the team here at The Dog Lover Groomery, who you can find out more about below!

Kira
I am 23 years old and have been grooming for 5 years.
I have a very mischievous male staffy called Rico who likes to test my boundaries!
I enjoy working and building a relationship with the dogs who don’t enjoy the grooming process and making them feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
Before dog grooming I was a waitress, wedding caterer and worked at Pets at Home.
My favourite takeaway is Chinese!
I love a cheeky pink gin and lemonade at the weekend and I enjoy going to the gym!

My favourite breed to groom is a toy poodle and spaniel.
I enjoy making friends with your dogs! Thats my priority over vanity. Before becoming a dog groomer in 2017 I was a barber!
I'm a grand age of 30! I'm kinda short, 5ft 2 I believe. I am Mum to two girls called Daisy, 4, and Millie, 2. I've been with my fiance since 2011 and we are getting married next year.
Lexi is my springer spaniel pictured above, she's a bit of a princess!
Sugary sweets are my fav but I'm partial to a bit of cadburys as well. I Hate Wine. My favourite food is Thai. My celebrity crush is Channing Tatum!

My name is Abi and I am 17 years old! I have been grooming for 7 months now and I’m continuing my training at The Dog Groomery.
I’ve always had a huge love for all animals… specifically dogs! I absolutely love my job and couldn’t imagine myself doing anything else! I especially love working with nervous dogs and seeing them gradually come out of their shell as they learn to trust you and feel more comfortable with the grooming process.
I have a 12 year old border collie called Fly and he has been my bestest friend since I was 5 years old. My favourite breeds of dog are border collies closely followed by springer spaniels. In my spare time I enjoy playing netball and spending time with my family, friends & dogs.
